INTERIOR DESIGN FOR SYDNEY'S NORTHERN BEACHES, MOSMAN & EASTERN SUBURBS
OUR STORY
The Bungalow, the Beach Shack and a Modern Build
I’ve been mesmerised by design and architecture ever since growing up in a 1970s red-brick bungalow, wedged between a modernist Pettit & Sevitt and a quirky beach shack. Three radically different homes. Three distinct ways of living. Together, they sparked my fascination with how profoundly a house can shape the way we live and express who we are.
HELLO
I’m Lyndel
I’m a storyteller with a career spanning more than 25 years as a degree-qualified, award-winning designer across multiple disciplines. That journey has given me a deep understanding of how to create homes that tell your unique story, support the way you live and make everyday life work better.
KITCHENS, BATHROOMS, COMPLETE HOMES AND WORKSPACES
From bathrooms to kitchens to full-home renovations and commercial offices, I help clients navigate the creative process, uncover original ideas and make confident decisions. Inspired by nature’s textures and varied colour palettes, my work combines relaxed, timeless style with quality craftsmanship and liveable luxury.
I bring clarity and structure to what can otherwise feel like an overwhelming process. With meticulous attention to detail, strong systems and open communication, I keep the design moving forward and make the journey feel collaborative, seamless and enjoyable.
WHAT MAKES A HOME RENOVATION SUCCESSFUL
To me, the most successful projects are where space has been used intelligently. Where every decision has purpose. Where quality is chosen over quantity. Where brave choices reveal personality. And where every element contributes to a home that feels cohesive, considered and completely your own.
That’s what inspires me.
There’s nothing more rewarding than watching a client walk into their finished home and realise not only how different it looks, but how differently they can live in it.
The best projects don’t simply change a house. They transform your experience of living there through hundreds of purposeful decisions that work together as one.
If that sounds like the kind of journey you’d like to take, I’d love to hear your story.
